  • Spies need working infrastructure. (No training or assignments if facilities are in need of repair.)
  • Tutorial doesn't restart if fissure blows up capitol.
  • Enforcement of spy limits. See Spy Changes in wiki for details.
  • Mercenaries assigned when bought.
  • Mod: Excavators and ships on chain duty are targets for spies. (Sabotage Resources)
  • Seized Stars and various spy diciplines now in stats.
  • Fissures have work timers turned off on creation.
