Sent a ship from just next to Krell Ss with lvl 15 IBS plan and a handfull of WH plans (lvl 10 or over i think but not sure). It never arrived. 

The window crashed before the request was fully through. I didn't check if there was a ship on the move either because, well, dinner was ready.
