Spy Mission: Incite Mutiny

'Incite Mutiny' is one of the missions a spy can run on an enemy planet.  It tries to get defensive spies to join your cause.

If your spy is successful and finds a spy to turn you will see a new spy in your Intel Ministry.  The enemy empire will get a message similar to this:

Subject: Good Bye!

I refuse to be a part of a cause I no longer believe in. Consider this my resignation.
NAME formerly of PLANET

You will get a message from the spy that ran the mission similar to this:

Subject: New Recruit!

Good news! I have brought over a new recruit from EMPIRE that goes by NEW_SPY_NAME.
