Jazz Tools is a standalone Windows program designed to implement certain fatures of the game that are not currently available in either the webclient or the iphone client.  It works with both servers US1 and PT.

The current version only allows for the rearrangement of buildings on a planet.  Further work has been planned but not finished at this time.

Current requirements for the program are Windows XP or greater and .net 4 which is available for free on Microsoft.com.  If you do not have .net 4 Jazz Tools will attempt to download it from Microsoft upon installation.
