A stealthy and fast type of cargo ship. Can be used for anything a cargo ship can do, except that it's primary function is to smuggle spies onto and off of planets.

Must have a Cloaking Lab to build smuggler ships.

Playing Tip: The Smuggler Ship is a favored ship amongst high ranking empires since it is the fastest of all the cargo ships and has a good sized cargo hold when compared to the other fast cargo ships.  Also a maximised stat Smuggler Ship is able to slip onto and off any planet regardless of the level of the Security Ministry.
