A Spy Shuttle is a larger variant of a Spy Pod. It is a one way craft capable of carrying up to 4 spies. It is fast and stealthy, though not as fast or stealthy as a Spy Pod.
Like a Spy Pod, it is a single-use one-way craft.
It can be built at the Shipyard after you've upgraded your Espionage Ministry to level 15.
