Stephen Muller wrote the underlying library that many of the scripts use. Many of the scripts were contributed by other players and you can find numerous forks of the original work. One of the most popular is cxreg's for his glyphinator program. The maintaners of tsee's will try to keep it up to date with cxreg's work.
Writing your own scripts for the Expanse
NOTE: I added this because I was trying to find out how to get Input/Output from the lacuna server and chat users kept telling me to "read the wiki". I already had Perl installed so every single result from search query "Perl" was completely useless. I got lucky searching for the exact keyword "Script" that lead me to the API for the US1 server, so now I will know what to put into my perl scripts so that it can work with Lacunian data. I'm not a genius nor a programmer so this was actually very hard to get to.
